The move was complicated b/c we had a lot of pick ups but the move was handled well by the driver and his staff. Part of my lamp went missing during the move.

It took them 2 full days to pack and another half day to load it, took a day to unload and they were very helpful.

Allied's consistently good service over the years. I've used Allied 4 or 5 times in the past. This crew was actually Allied employees. They were fantastic, professional and went out of the way for me.

The movers catered to me. If I wanted something special, they would honor my request. The loading was on time.

The interaction with everyone. Everyone were friendly, helpful and did what they said that they would do.

The whole process was fantastic they did an excellent job. The driver did an excellent job he had a difficult time getting the truck into the street b/c we live in a court and he did a great job.

The care the movers took and they were friendl. They were capable,knwldg and took reall good care of my furniture.

The overall communication, the estimate was spot on and the whole transaction was pretty smooth. Instead of a rep. coming out to the home I just spoke with someone over the phone.

The time it took to get the service done was exactly how I wanted it to be. Allied came all the way to Wyoming which is not a popular place to visit.

The people were very courteous and attentive to questions or issues. They consulted us if they had any questions. They were careful and polite.

I have moved multiple times and this was by far the best move I have had. I was particularly impressed w/the driver. He was very professional and took charge of the move.

The driver was excellent. He was easy to communicate with, nice, and helpful. He remembered everything I told him and he is the best driver I've dealt with moving. We had a bathtub that needed to be moved and they did a good job.

The driver did a fine job and I was really pleased from start to finish. The driver Kevin was amazing, he helped us out in every way positive as well as the guy who was on Kevin's team I would definitely use Allied again.

The overall quality of the packing, delivery, and communication. It made a stressful event unstressful. I totally trusted everyone I worked w/ at Allied.

The efficiency, the satisfaction with the driver, and their integrity. I was quoted an estimated price. The cost turned out to be lower. Allied had the integrity to lower the price. The driver was very courteous and helpful. Seldom do you get that level of customer service. I was impressed.

The courtesy of the packers and the driver who unloaded and loaded the goods. Everything worked out well.

The willingness of the staff the driver and helpers to move us the same day even if they planned to do it another night.

This was our 4th move with Allied & we are very pleased. We have always had very good service with Allied.

Allied packing and delivery was perfect. The people were extremely nice and did what they said they were going to do. The driver was very nice. I was accommodated for the dates.

I liked the move was easy. We have moved 6 times & this is by far the easiest move; everything was smooth, easy & low key with no stress.

Overall we were satisfied with this move. I was told they would arrive the next day and I was also told they will call before they came the next day as well and they did not call.

Everything went smoothly. The movers got me out in a quick time frame. I didn't get much notice. I got two and a half weeks.

Every person I dealt with was fabulous to work with: friendly, helpful, courteous. I thought everyone was great.

Allied movers showed care for my furniture. I felt like the movers took good care of my items. The person was very responsive to all of my questions and always gave me what I needed. It should have been quicker. The driver was really nice, cautious, professional, and I was impressed.

Allied was pretty good, thorough, and did everything they said. The rep who did my inventory answered my calls and worked with me and my budget. The driver and crew was prompt and courteous. We were called.

The driver and crew were great. They were accommodating. My boxes are labeled. I should've been more involved with the labeling so I wouldn't have just boxes sitting in a room. It was a big spread and it takes 4-5 days in between. It's a little weird, but it worked out fine. Allied accommodated me by working right after the holiday.

The Driver and his wife was the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. I had a great experience. The driver and his wife was exceptional and I really enjoyed working with them. I would recommend Allied to my friends.

It was the wrong bill that they showed up with, and they said they would check it out and call me back and they never did, and I still have not received my refund or correct bill as of today. The driver assured me that I would receive the correct paperwork and my refund, and I still have not heard, or received anything.

The overall consideration and value of other peoples property. The whole crew was very professional.

Everybody was very polite and very professional. Always on time. They contacted me as soon as my shipment got to my storage place. The arrangement of the del was also very easy.

We got excellent service on both ends. When loading the truck. They told us when they would get here, and they were here. Overall it was a good experience.

The move was great, but I had one concern with the miscommunication of Allied and local agent's crew. It was some dispute with my loading with the local agent and Allied.

Everything was right. They arrived on time and they were very professional. The communication was also good.

This was our 1st professional move. The sales agent told us about surveys like this one. The move was incredible. They came early. They were kind, considerate & friendly. I would use them again.

The overall process, pricing was good and I was very impressed w/ the move. The driver did all the loading by himself.

It was overall a good mood. The driver was give the wrong pick up address so it put my travels a day behind schedule. I couldn't leave town when I wanted to.

They did a real good job on everything. I wasn't there, but my step brother was. We were very satisfied and we would recommend them to other ppl.

My friend told me that she used Allied and she recommended them to me. Everyone did a great job. The rate was guaranteed. The coordinator did a great job.

I've used them before and they're the first people I called when we decided to move; they worked with me before and did the packing and unpacking. They brought a sofa back which didn't fit through the door. They went above and beyond.

The driver was wonderful and the two people who coordinated the move was excellent. They were outstanding.

Sergio took a lot of load off me and my wife. We had over 200 boxes. The crew followed my directions and everyone was courteous.

If they keep hiring people like Ryan they will always get a ten. He didn't have to do what he did. Ryan was very helpful, they went above and beyond the call. They were five star, they did it all out of love.

I have used the this company before and the reason why I came back because of the quality of the delivery & the customer service, and they took care of us during the move.

The packing process and the loading process. There were not enough packers and they were super slow. The loaders were late and didn't tell me until the time that they were supposed to be there.

The agent was not the most attentive and I had to call repeated times to figure out the scheduling of arrival. The moving guys were great. My very expensive silk dress was put into a box with metal

Everything was done perfect, and on time. They did everything on time, the driver even checked in the morning or arrival.

I had previous dealings w/Allied, they have the same standards and excellent service. We had two different crews and both crews were great. We had to store it and they did a good job.

The scheduling, friendliness and the unloading was quick. There were items that were cracked and a floor lamp had to be thrown away.
